Pratical informations

• Pants and shorts are not allowed.
• NO SMOKING, NO electronic cigarettes.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Mandatory special diapers for children under 3 years.
• Compulsory medical certificate for the practice of a supervised activity.
• The till closes 45 minutes before closing. Access to pools is no longer possible 45 minutes before closing. The evacuation of basins takes place 15 minutes before closing.
• The creation of any new cards will be charged € 2.30.
• Swimming Tests can be done at entry price (50 m / assessment test, water sports …).
• Bags are strictly prohibited on pools and relaxation area.
• Beauty treatments in the relaxation area are strictly prohibited (scrub, exfoliating gloves, exfoliating soaps strictly prohibited).
• Food is forbidden in the aquatic center (pools, changing rooms). Picnics are prohibited on the green areas.

• IMPORTANT

• Bring a proof of residence to qualify for the tariff “Residents” of Carcassonne Agglo and an identity card or passport.
• Bring a token or a € 1 coin for the lockers.
• Take a shower with shower gel to before entering the pools.
